Ive switched over to a simple only deal on the 21st of December. Its now the 24th of December and im not receiving phone calls. Ive missed two important calls now that has really put me in a tough spot. People have been worried about me too and panicked as I live alone and my phone is my only connection. Can text in and out and can call out and comes up with the number ive had from the start. Cant ring 150 says this service isnt available for you.
Not happy about it at all and thinking of just cancelling it and switching to someone else.
