received my new Samsung Galaxy 23. (Didnt realise the 24 was dropping... Ragin)

Anyway I cant seem to make or receive calls. Everything else seems to be working fine but when I Dial out its instantly disconnected. Any ideas? 

Also I cant find an email with my invoice anywhere... I need the number to claim the promo earbuds and cashback. Anyone know if this is saved anywhere or how I actually soeak to anyone @ EE to get them to send an email??

All online or telesales purchases in the UK come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return, not a luxury available to instore retail shop purchases.

Presumably you have taken your working SIM from your old phone, and inserted into your new phone? If so - can you receive calls OK? Does the phone show coverage bars? Can you send & receive text messages? Can you use mobile data?
