To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

New contract, I have a pac code etc but do I have to contact or go into a shop

@Dots  You need to call customer services to request a sim if one you wasn’t sent within the packaging.   It’s really strange you wasn’t given a sim seeing as it’s a new contract.
