Just received my Samsung flip 4, I've charged it. Now what do I do, I don't have a new sim but received the phone through bt

New contract, I have a pac code etc but do I have to contact or go into a shop

@Dots  You need to call customer services to request a sim if one you wasn’t sent within the packaging.   It’s really strange you wasn’t given a sim seeing as it’s a new contract.
