Network unlocking

I am trying to unlock my Huawei p30 lite. 

I have tried the unlocking guide on the ee website. 

But when I enter my imei number it states that there was a problem on their end and to try again. It has been doing that for 2 days now. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

@Kewlaundrybig the best thing to do is call customer services to make this request if your having issues with the online request form.
