My phone is not working - Moisture detected after phone update

Have you had any help my phone been sent away twice and keep being told nothing wrong with it , takes me ages to get it work don't know what my insurance is for waste of time

Same thing is happening to me sent the phone off twice for repair and keep being told that there is nothing wrong with the device I pay insurance on my account but don't know why because no one is helping me sort this problem it's so annoying and once my contact is up I will never go with EE again even tho I have been with them for ever loyalty means nothing to EE

Have you logged a formal complaint with EE as yet? That does allow referral to external arbitration if necessary.

Have you had a look at Samsung | My device displays a water drop icon and will not charge,  including trying a different USB cable when charging your phone at home?

It could be how you hold it as if you're covering the charging port it maybe the heat from your hand/body especially in hot weather.

This is not uncommon.
