I want to change my address but I can't as my EE app is saying that I'm not the account holder but I am.

@GJ27  you need to change yourself from an account user to the bill payer. This is under managed numbers,    You do this via your online account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
