Issues with SiM only plan

In Aug 2022 I swtched from an 02 plan to EE on SIM only. Since then I am not able to access or send WhatsApp messages or access internet banking away from home unless connected to local wifi. I've been told by EE that this should not happen. Despite 2 visits to local store they have not been able to resolve the issue. They gave me contact info for Galaxy as it's one if their models - J4+ - they couldn't fix it either!  Another issue has now arisen. I cannot send emails from the phone. Situation is driving me insane 😫 anyone else had similar issues that they have managed to resolve?

Are you using the same phone on EE as you were on O2? If so, it may have some O2-config still installed.

Do you have any issues using EE's 4G-calling and/or WiFi-calling?

Yes it's the same phone that was on 02 contract. I think you're right re configuration issue. I have an appointment booked at another EE store tomorrow. Hoping for a resolution this time!
