I bought an unlimited data add-on, but 5G does not work on the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, although 5G is enabled in the settings.

@user0ee   Are you in a 5G area ?   Purchasing an add ons doesn’t enable a network connection type.    Is your tariff a 5G tariff?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
