Please help!

I bought a huawei p30 pro from music magpie locked to EE. I'm now needing to change network. For some reason EE don't recognise my IMEI number. Is there anything I can do to get my phone unlocked as the support group haven't really helped.

I lost my phone on the 9th of April on the train of the Picadylli line and
today I was interested in it and a person had delivered it there but I made
the complaint about this phone and they have blocked me, it does not accept
my SIM card, how can I unlock it

Hi @KlodianKopaci

Welcome to the community.

Is there something we can help you with?

Chris

@KlodianKopaci  If you reported this lost to EE you need to call EE customer service to get the block removed.   Unlocking a device from a network will not remove the blacklisting of the device.
