I can’t find one on EE website, but was assured by BT contact staff they are there

How to I find one?

I’ve looked, but can’t trace that model.

I’m looking on behalf of a 91yr old, who cannot manage a touch-screen, and who needs    Wi-Fi calling, as he lives in a signal shadow.  

As far as I am aware the only push-button mobile capable of meeting his needs is a Doro 7010.  And then only one supplied by EE or BT, as others do not have the necessary firmware, which cannot be retro-fitted.  

Can anyone advise when such a phone will become available again?

Sorry @26JohnH, we don't have that kind of information available.

You may be able to buy the phone from a third party, but make sure the WiFi Calling feature is on the phone before buying.
