How to unlock Fairphone 4 – I forgot the PIN!

I kept getting a message that I needed to restart the phone to install an update, but now the PIN doesn't work, or maybe I set a new one that I've forgotten... Can anyone help?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You'll need to factory reset your phone if you've forgotten your PIN. You'll lose any data that wasn't backed up when doing this.
