My Samsung Z Flip 3 had an issue which EE wouldn't resolve under warranty and ask me to pay £300 as the engineer deemed this was outside the manufacturers warranty.
I declined, requested the handset back and contacted Samsung direct who resolved the issue for free.
I now want to complain about the poor service from EE and ideally some compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Any guidance?

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
