If you contact customer services on 150 from a EE sim or freephone 0800 956 6000 option 2 option 4 from any other phone they will be able to tell what device you have been using.

Do you still have the box or a delivery note etc. ?
The IMEI should be printed on either of those.

I contacted and they wasnt able to give me imei number for security reasons

We certainly don't want you struggling to locate this, so if you give our team a call, they can send you our a Proof of Purchase, which will include your IMEI.
