If you have ordered a phone, accessory, SIM Only plan or 4G/5G WiFi Hub that you ordered online or over the phone with us, and are within the first 14 days of receiving it, you can request to return the device online.

You'd just need to complete our EE returns form.

If you are looking to return anything else, the best option would be to call our customer service guides, as @Chris_B mentioned.
