Galaxy earbuds

I ordered galaxy buds a few days ago.
They attempted delivery but required a PIN which I hadn’t received, so the buds were sent back to the depot. I haven’t been able to find any PIN since and I don’t know when/if delivery is going to be attempted again. I cannot find a suitable number to ring about this as the customer service number does not have any options to ring about orders/delivery

I'm so sorry to hear about the difficulty you've had with your delivery, and I can understand your concern. I'd recommend reaching out to our team and they will be able to confirm what is happening with your PIN. and get this set up to be delivered to your phone. If you speak with the billing team then they will be able to help with your delivery.
