Flip 4 broken

Has anyone else had issue with flip 4 broken and been charged over £1000 to be sent off to be repaired  after 3 months of having phone dropped once ?

Has it been damaged by dropping it? Do you have insurance for the phone?

@Elaine45   Any drop of a device can break it doesn’t matter how long you’ve had for.  It only take one drop that can damage a device.
