Hello,
Can some help me, trying to download the EE App from the Apple store can download and install the App but when I open it the following message comes up saying the app is still not available but should be soon.

@APACHE060 , not sure why you are having this problem, as I am able to use the app without any problems. I would suggest speaking to customer service about this, as this does not seem right at all.
You have also posted this in the Android forum rather than the Apple forum.

@APACHE060 That’s because accounts were offline when you tried doing this EE do account maintenance when it’ll cause the least disruption. The app is a portal your your EE account.

If not, which device are you using? What software version do you have on the device?
