My daughter has her phone stolen how do I track it

If it is an iPhone, please go to icloud.com/find. For Android, Find My Device (google.com).

It's important that you call Customer Care on 07953 966 250 as soon as possible so we can limit any unauthorised use.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.
