Hello
My S-Pen is bent from center so I went to EE store as I have accidental damaged insurance so they told me to go samsung by saying it will come under samsung warranty. But samsung said that any manufacturing defect and software problem comes under warranty, they can change it unless I buy new spen. So I don't know what to do now, please help.

Hi @Aditya27
Which device?
If the damage is not a manufacturing defect then your warranty will not apply and you'll have to pay for a replacement as I suspect you will have an excess which will be as much as the replacement.
Thanks

@Aditya27 If you want to claim on your device insurance then read the information that you received via post. It’ll explain what you need to do. Just a heads up if you make this claim you’ll be receiving a replacement phone also so you’ll need to send back your current device. You don’t just get a replacement s-pen it’s the whole package.
