Hello I've always paid for my brother's mobile phone but he hardly uses it and wants to keep the existing Android mobile and move to a SIM only package. Can this be done? If so, how?
It's no problem at all to save money by changing down to SIM only and keep using the existing phone. You'd request this in the same way as ordering any upgrade. As long as you're past any minimum term you can change your plan to SIM only without cost and you'll keep the same number/SIM.
