Can i insure a SIMO phone on EE

I am wondering if I buy a phone outright, and put it on a SIMO plan can I insure it under EE's insurance?

Best bet is to add it under your House Insurance, see if you Bank Account will cover for Addition Cost or use a 3rd Party Mobile Device Insurance.
