Can i change my galaxy s22 ultra

Today i bought galaxy s22 ultra 128gb from ee with monthly payment contract

And i changed my mind now i want 256 gb storage  the box is sealed  i haven't open it yet

Is it possible to ask ee store to replace it to 256gb for me?

The answer depends how you bought this phone. If you purchased it online or via telesales, then this comes with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return.

If you bought the phone in a retail store then no such right of return exists.

Whether the box is sealed or not, is immaterial either way.
