Hello, I am Emanuil from Bulgaria.
Yesterday i bought a second hand samsung galaxy 21+ from a pawn shop. The phone had no marks and had factory stickers. At first I was happy about this fact, but then I thought about the possibility that it was bought and had unpaid bills. Is there any way I can check this?

What makes you think your second-hand phone has been locked?
Blacklisting can be a risk with these sorts of purchases.
