My new phone is completely dead and no amount of charging or resets will recover it. I cant call EE and the website appears to have no chat facility for support and advises to call.
I've filled out a complaint form but need to speak to somebody to try to see if its recoverable or get a replacement urgently.

When did you purchase your phone and did you purchase this direct with EE?
Do you have another phone you could use to call us?
If not, do you live near a local EE Store?

They don't have a chat option without their APP for a reason, they sell data. They are scum
