Broken phone data transfer

Stephanie331
Visitor

I have an S10+ which I dropped and have broken the screen. The cost was too high to have it repaired so decided to take out a contract on a new Samsung device. I have been unable to do the data transfer with a cable as I'm not able to see the whole screen on my old device.

Does anybody have any ideas how this can be done?

@Stephanie331   Without screen interaction on the device the best you can do is plug into a PC back up your old device and then transfer it to the new device.   You’ll not know what been saved until you open the new device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
