My Android phone suddenly refuses to connect with our home wi-fi, citing an "Authentification problem" - any advice on haw to overcome this, please?
(I have tried 'Forget ' wi-fi network, also flicked Aeroplane mode on/off and done fone re-starts - no good)

To be fair, I'm not sure what EE CS can add to this scenario. WiFi just a connection between a mobile device and the broadband router, EE's mobile network has no involvement in it.
If you want telephone support, the phone manufacturer are as best placed as anyone. Although I don't see you referencing a password change on the router, to force the phone to update the network details.

No, I haven't done anything to the router, certainly no password changing - I DID switch it off/on a couple of weeks back, as a quick refresh seemed necessary for general reasons, but surely that simple act wouldn't have caused the disconnect with phone, would it - ?
( today, I swiched router off/on once again, in hopes of a beneficial reset between fone/router but it didn't help)

Still no improvement - fone will NOT go onto our home wifi, though it goes straight on elsewhere (3 locations tried, all fine) - so it's an unresolved mystery !

Thanks for coming back to us @mmatthej1
I would suggest reporting this to your broadband provider to see if they can find anything that could be causing this for you.
Let us know how you get on 🙂
Leanne.
