Hello everyone! I have a Samsung A53 phone and it's not even 2 years old and it's already causing problems! I've had enough! I pay a lot of money for nothing, it's a joke! The phone freezes and closes itself, I can only open it the next day and it only lasts 2 days and then it starts all over again. I gave it a factory reset 3 times, I didn't back up and I didn't install anything and it does the same! Those from EE have no idea what to do, they are in vain! What to do? what's wrong with the phone?

Hi @Eluza 

The A53 is Samsung budget phone with an Exynos chip. If you believe there is an issue claim on your Samsung warranty or ask EE repair it, if the issue is a manufacturing issue.

How do I claim my Samsung waranty? Yes, the phone has an internal problem
because it was not dropped, it is in perfect condition even after almost 2
