I've registered as a new customer but not got a phone. How can I do this?

Welcome to the community,
If you are looking at joining EE, then you need to log-out and click on shop and order phone/SIM card from there. As a new customer you cannot do this, you need to be logged out.
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
