Apple Music add-ons

I’m a new customer to EE, my plan includes free Apple Music for 6months. I added it to my plan and I was charged 2 lots of around £8. I then removed Apple Music off my phone as I did not want to pay for something I should be for free with my plan. EE has messaged me advising it was a system glitch and I am trying to reapply Apple Music to my plan but it’s saying I’ve already used the 6months period. How can I get this resolved? Thanks in advance

Hi @Teem90.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

Once you've had Apple Music, the system would automatically stop you from having it again.

Seeing as though you didn't actually get a chance to use this, I'll see what I can do to help.

I've sent you a private message to get some more information from you.

Please take a look and get back to me.

Jon

Hi @Razzle90.

Welcome to the community.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

They will be able to access your account and see what is stopping you from using Apple Music.

Let us know how you get on.

Jon
