How do I check and change what extra I have on with not being able to get into my account? I go away Wednesday and I need to put the data roaming on!

Broadband connection, first time.

The engineer came to my flat to install the EE small white box and  the opctical cable ,  but I still don’t have wifi,  there is a green light blinking, what should I do to solve that?
