Anyone else had poor internet access ? I joined in feb and had no internet for 2 months, dodgy boxes so has to have 2 new. Then they charged me. Now may and still having issues. Said I’d have compensation n had nothing. Joke honestly

4g router no online games

I just a bought a a 4G router and I can access the internet but I feel like i'm restricted to some stuff, as in I can't even talk to my friends online so i'm just wondering if there is some setting I can change that can allow me to access it?

Ob behalf of someone else.Is it the norm for EE to cold call trying to switch you over from BT? (BB,TV and landline)I know there will be a switch at some point. But there were no comms on this.
