Last month I paid a double bill and before the end of this month they already sent me another double bill and cut off my service

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, but I get the billing box and I can't talk to the company

I can't call 150 and I only have 1 number, this is not the first time this has happened and this is already tiring

You need to discuss this with our Mobile Care team. There are some contact numbers on our contact us page for you to call from another phone. If you're not able to do that, you could pop into your nearest EE Store so they can help or get you through to customer services using the store phone.

Once you get through, they'll do their best to help.
