EE TV Pro Box Black Screen

Hi - am using the EE TV box pro. Whether watching live terrestrial TV or via apps I intermittently experience a black screen for a second or so before picture/sound resumes.Have tried rebooting box, but it persists - any ideas on how to resolve?

Resolved! Error code IPC6023

I received the EE box pro on Tuesday 30th April and activation began on 1st April. I'm using Internet mode to watch HD channels. But it give  me error Error code IPC6023 for every channel. Can someone will help me?

I have just joined EE broadband and it says that there is no upfront cost. Does that mean my first bill will be the following month? Thanks

I got a text saying welcome to the Isle of Man and the cost of Roaming  chargesbut I was only in the Lake District how do I amend this as the phone line is mainly automated and it’s hard to speak to someone
