Why in the name of all that is good

Hello all. 

We moved over from Sky a few months ago, much to my displeasure. 

Currently have TV box downstairs and one upstairs. The one upstairs will not load NOWtv no matter how long I let the spinning blue wheel of death drain my very life force from me for... 

Is this a known issue ? There is no error code. Have updated and rebooted/ reset everything. 

Any help would be really gratefully received...

Do any other apps on the TV Box load?

Hi @DarrenDev the rest of them work just fine. It's only NOWtv that won't load. Broadband strength etc etc fine.

Yuk.  You've mentioned you've tried a reset - was that a factory reset?

That little flash of rainbow colour bottom right is a bit unusual.

Can you try swapping the boxes, as a test, to see if the problem moves with the box or stays with the TV?

It's so frustrating. 

I've factory reset it so many times now.

The little rainbow thing is from where my flash went off because that's just what everyone needs gone midnight 😂

I'll try and give swapping them round a go. 

Just honestly never known anything quite so specifically weird.
