Why has my discovery plus subscription stopped and disappeared

Have had discovery plus active and have been using it for months, but now has stopped.

it still thinks I’m logged in, but it’s saying I have no subscription 

if I go into my Ee account, it still says I have this as an inclusive extra. But in the discovery app it says I suddenly have no subscription

oddly, in my we, it says I can’t change  my inclusive add in till the end of December. Almost like I have changed it recently, which I haven’t?

anyone got any ideas how I reset this

ive changed the passwords on both accounts incase it’s been hacked. But I still don’t have my discovery plus’s attached to my account

I also have no clue how to get this set up or changed anywhere

Already spoke to a member of your team and was told that i would have to pay a extra £20 a month for Discovery Plus Premium as in this case i'm only on the Basic and not the Premium,although another member of your team said that Discovery Plus Premium was in my package and it says so online in my account,already paying £99.13 for all my services as it is a month,so not going to pay another £20 a month on top.
