What's happened to my Netflix account

Just tried to connect to Netflix via my EE master box & for some reason it seems to think I'm now Spanish; everything is in Spanish which is obviously not good. Tried logging in on one of my 2 mini boxes & it seems to be asking me to sign up to a paid subscription which, as far as I know, is already included in my EE TV package. Any ideas what's going on?

Done some more investigating & the problem seems to be linked to two months I spent in Spain logging onto my account from there on my laptop & a Smart TV. One message said I need to include all devices in my household logging onto my house wi-fi but I'm home already! I understood I could watch Netflix anywhere just by logging onto my account now I seem to locked in limbo land, any ideas?

My wife's email address doesn't seem to have the same problem so how do I get out of this mess & able to log on with my own details?

Problem solved but I had to log onto the Spanish Netflix help line but, thankfully they understood English & was able to reassign my default language difficulty to navigate a website in Spanish if you only understand a little! They said they would link my email address to an English account but we'll see if the same thing happens after my next visit. I understand Netflix changing things to prevent account/password sharing but defaulting my account to Spanish without telling me just because I spent 2 months viewing there is hardly helpful or beneficial!
