Ive just spoken to EE and they have advised that EE TV can no longer be watched on anything other than the TV. This is most disappointing and is a step backwards. Virgin/ Sky etc allow watching tv through other devices - why has EE decided to remove this facility?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Shaunski you have the sports package - the only subscription channels included are TNT Sports, which you can watch via the discovery+ web site or on https://player.ee.co.uk/#/livetv/watchlive. If you cannot watch them on your laptop then please say why - what error do you see?
When you refer to Sky channels, I assume you mean Sky News, Sky Mix, or Sky Arts? These are Freeview channels, not subscription. We don't have the rights to broadcast them in any of our apps. If you're referring to other Sky channels then please be specific, however I don't see any on your account.

EE TV can still be watched on all the same devices that have always been supported. Is it the Freeview channels you're trying to watch? These aren't available anywhere other than TV Box or EE TV Apple TV. Subscription content can be watched on all the other devices as normal.

https://player.ee.co.uk will allow you to watch TNT Sports, discovery, and the Asian Pack channels from Windows 11.
Your other subscription channels are available in their respective apps and web sites - discovery+, or Now TV.
If you have a specific thing you're trying to watch, and can't find a way to watch it, then please state what it is, and what issues you're having with it.
p.s. this hasn't changed for many many years - this is how BT TV / EE TV has worked since Now TV became part of the TV package.

@Shaunski your EETV package would include Now membership so the access to the sky channels included in your EETV subscription would be via the Now app on other devices.. Similarly discovery+ memberships are normally included in your EETV packages whereby content (TNT Sports and discovery entertainment) can be viewed by the discovery+ app.
