I have recently switched from Sky to EE and feel I was duped by the telesales operator. The boxes are not a patch on Sky’s and my mini box in the bedroom constantly stops working saying there is no broadband connection when everything else works great in there . I was told EE would cancel everything and their TV package was just the same as Sky but there is no disney channel app which we got through sky and I only found out they cancelled broadband as I cannot cancel my Sky TV so I am still tied in to that as well as EE TV now. It then took me 2 months to get my £300 which then I found out was credited to my EE account.
I am forever having to unplug the mini box to restore broadband connection the. It cuts out again, I can’t wait for 22 months I have left to rid of this and find another provider.

I'm sorry you're having connection problems with the Mini TV Box in the bedroom and you're having to unplug the box to restore service.
To get your experience and the connection looked into, I would advise getting in touch with our broadband and TV technical support guides. They can check everything for you and if needed open a complaint if this is not resolved for you on the call.
