Hi,
I recently migrated from BT to EE and upgraded to the full EE TV package. However, looking at my Now TV log in it only shows the entertainment and sports package that I had previously and not the Sky Cinema etc that should now be included.
I had a different email address for NowTV than EE but have now aligned these but still only shows my previous subscriptions. Looking at my EE account it says the packages are all activated.
Any ideas?

If you're not in a hurry for it to be fixed straight away then email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number and Now TV email address, and I'll fix it when I get home this evening. Otherwise you'll need to call the helpdesk - it's not something you can fix yourself.
