Has anyone encountered issues unlinking their Now TV account from EE? I have spoken to Now Tv who said to contact EE. I phoned EE to request this a few days ago and was told that it was actioned but my Now TV account is still showing as managed by EE!
Been having nothing but issues with EE since joining them back in August with TV equipment not working, being mis-sold/upsold packages, internet connection poor at best, and getting really frustrated with having to call and follow up with them.

Do you have another now account to link your EE account to instead?
Otherwise the only way to do it without leaving your contract and facing penalties is to select any other flexible tv package.
Unfortunately the EE customer agents quality of service varies with their knowledge and you can't make adjustments to your package without calling them.

It’s EE who have to do this; Now can’t interfere in EETV’s contractual arrangements with you.
If EETV claim to have done this for you, with or without early termination penalties, ring them again and ask why it hasn’t happened.

Thanks, I will phone them again but in meantime, I have just had to create another Now TV account.
