Unable to order EE TV

Hello,

I’ve just moved to EE Broadband and Mobile. My broadband went live yesterday and I’m thinking about adding EE TV.

I’ve tried via the website and the app, but keep getting an error:

“Sorry, something went wrong on our end

We’re working to fix this. Please try again later.”

Do I need to wait a few days as I’ve only just joined?

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to add EE TV to existing accounts online - you'll need to call us.

Please can I also just check, with multi room, is it possible to watch recordings from the main pro box on a mini box in another room?

Unfortunately not - recordings can only be watched from the box they were recorded on.
