I have just switched to EE broadband and TV and can apparently get six months of Apple TV+ for free. However, whenever I try to activate this in the EE app, I get an error message at the point when it will apparently take me to the Apple website to set it up: "We've had a problem loading this info. Please, try again in a while".
I have seen that others have had this problem and somebody suggested using a web browser on a computer, but when I do that on my PC, it doesn't even offer Apple TV+ as an option when I look at my TV services.
Can anybody help?

Hi @R3fan,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm so sorry to hear you're having this trouble. Have you tried the steps mentioned above? What did the team advise when you last spoke with them?

I had exactly the same exasperating problem and EE were totally unhelpful so I was left high and dry thinking I needed to cancel the TV package and return to my original contracts with Netflix and Apple TV which gave me no grief. I finally contacted Apple who discovered by taking over my TV that what I needed to do was not revert to the TV Box Pro as I already have a Smart TV but simply go to settings on Apple TV, click on Factory Settings and reset. Laborious but it worked. EE should inform customers that this is a solution instead of driving them mad.

@SarahAK1 factory resetting a device won't help with activation of an Apple TV subscription - I suspect your issue was different. I'm also unclear exactly what you reset? You said you have a Smart TV, but then did a Factory Reset on an Apple TV?

Regarding the comments here about the option not being visible on the web site - I tried this recently to see for myself, and found that the subscriptions section of the page didn't appear immediately. It took at least 10 seconds before another section appeared lower down the page, with all the options to activate.
