I bought EE tv on Tuesday and the advisor on call told me i would be able to access my subscriptions; Now tv, Netflix and Discovery+ immediately but i’m 4 days in and i’m left unable to access neither of them. I did receive an email with the activation links but none of them work. They redirect to an error page. Furthermore, my activation date was yesterday and still nothing has been activated. I spoke to the connections team and they were confused themselves but did tell me my EE box pro was out of stock hence why there’ll be a delay in the delivery, which i do not mind. But i’d still like to access my subscriptions to watch on my Apple tv. I read many posts on here where customers went through similar problems so i’d like to know how long would it actually take fixing this problem and what should i need to do?

@Qasper7890  Have you setup an account for this services?  You need an account in order for the EE subscription to be added.    The links I received work without problem and I only had to setup a Netflix account as I already had a Now TV account.   I even got email from Now TV staying my account was being taken over by EE 

 At for discovery + it was that long ago I setup an account it’s always worked for me so I can not really help with that.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have an account for Netflix, currently paying £17.99 for Netflix premium and i already have an account for Now TV as well. And they have the same email address as my EE account. Plus when i bought EE tv, the advisor sent out a passcode to my email to link my Now TV account to my EE account. But nothing has still been linked. When i try activating Netflix and Discovery+ from the links in the order email i received on Tuesday, i get the following error message…

‘This service isn’t working right now

We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.’

And as i mentioned previously, i did call EE and the advisor was confused as to why my services haven’t been activated and why i can’t activate Netflix, Now TV and Discovery+.
