Just connected my new ee boardband box an tv mini box, set up tv to connect to me wifi, set up mini box to wifi, both say connected fine, but I have no tv channels, every one says error code IPC6023, tried to connect to the router to check setting by typing in 192.168.1.254 but that doesn’t open either? Have turned on and off, done a reset, everything is working fine on wifi, this phone included? **bleep**ed off as always with ee services since bt took over an now bored waiting for someone to answer on the helpline, any help would be great!
