Right guys need some help here
So I called up to add a SIM only line and upgrade my phone and got talked into EE TV and broadband I was with sky and had sky glass TV plus 4 puk devices in rooms around the house I was told ee would buy out the contract and give me the same with extras like sports at a cheaper price. I hesitantly agreed I was told I only needed to change my WiFi router and everything else would stay the same. I've received 1 router and 1 TV box how do I get all 5 TVs working or have I been totally lied to about it being exactly the same and everything working

You get 2 boxes for free and then there's a monthly subscription to have a 3rd. We don't offer more than 3. You can use the apps to view subscription channels on other smart TVs, or connect a suitable device to them - i.e. Fire TV or Apple TV (you'll need to buy this yourself). Apps are available for some of the Freeview channels too.

Hi Darren thankyou for your reply I was told it was like for like so it's not possible to have all of my TVs setup together without apps ect? And how would my sky glass TV work on this system like I say I was told it was like for like

Your Sky Glass would just become a regular TV, to which you'd need to connect a TV Box.
There's very little similarity between Sky Q and EE TV - there's even less similarity between Sky Glass and EE TV.
Sorry, but it sounds like the agent you spoke to was not properly trained on what EE TV has to offer.

Hi Darren thanks again for replying yes it would appear so and it's caused significant issues starting with no TV for the last 3 days and I'm now waiting up from Nightshift to get this resolved I really do appreciate the replies because you have made it clear that it's not what I wanted or was told I was getting

Thinking about this further, I think I may see where the misunderstanding has arisen.
If you'd only taken EE Broadband, your Sky TV service would have continued to work over it. You'd continue to subscribe to Sky for most of their TV service, however you could add the Sport subscription to your Sky account via your EE account - this is where we'd be able to offer the cheaper sport. This then explains why he said you'd only need to swap your router - no other devices.
So if you cancel JUST the TV service from EE, you could then resume your TV service with Sky (I'm guessing they'll have contacted you with discount offers already).
