Annoying freezing and pixilation every 20 seconds since the changeover. I am 92 and find it annoying.
Broadband is ok.

When you say that you were sent signal boxes, were they discs to extend the WiFi range or powerline adapters, which plug into the socket and connect to the router and tv box by ethernet cable?

Welcome to the community.
I know how frustrating it is when you are trying to watch something, only to see if breaking up.
Do you have EE TV? If it is, are you using the EE TV Box Pro, the EE TV Box Mini or the Apple TV Box?
Is the box connected by Ethernet cable or over WiFi? If it is WiFi, how far away from the router is the box?

The new hub is 12ft from the computer but have been supplied with two signal boxes to connect up.(Plugged in
to power supply) More sockets!!!
I have been watching this afternoon just the same with regular added CLICKS!! After calling
for advice I was told that my Fire connection (for watching You Tube and IPlayer) could be the trouble
but disconnected that and made no difference.

If it is the powerline adapters, it is worth giving them a try.
I had a similar thing with my TV when I signed up, particularly on the sports channels, and got the powerline adapters, which have worked perfectly.
