TNT sports to offer

Hi, similar to everyone else I have added the to with TNT sports for 24 months, but no sports.  Has anyone had EE actually acknowledge that this is a valid offer?  TV is here but with no sports, wondering if it’s best just to send it back.  Thanks

Hi, an update after speaking to EE.  The codes for TNT/Discovery + will be sent by text 15 days after receiving the TV.  This is to prevent people returning the TV within 14 days when they already have the code, in affect giving them free TNT!.It is a new offer that the call centre staff are unaware of.Sent from my Galaxy

This is not detailed in the order that I can see at all.  I have received the TV, and raising a complaint as I expected  the services at the same time. Is a valid offer, but the mechnics are not good.

Well the 14 days have passed, still no code.  Rang 150 again, same result  no record of any activation of Discovery+ / TNT.  Raised an order for it now which should take 24 hours. No doubt this will bring billing issues too. 

My advice for every other EE customer, stay well clear of add-ons and buy directly from a supplier avoiding EE.

Been an absolute joke from start to finish.

I rang other day and received a code in text message ?

Nothing still for me, a different story and reason every time I ring 150.Lesson learnt, can't leave and move to O2 quick enough.  😞Formal complaint will be lodged via there procedure now. Sent from my Galaxy
