Having the same issue. Just spoken with an advisor at HBO, they told me to make a new email and given me 7 days free? I've tried to tell them I'm already paying for this service through EE but was missuderstood. Not sure what to do..

If you need resolution today then call the helpdesk.

If it can wait until tomorrow then email eetvsupport@ee.co.uk - sorry, I can't commit to fixing any accounts today as I have things to do.

If emailing, please provide your account number, the email address you're using, and what type of subscription it is (EE TV, EE Mobile, BT Broadband)

How come you cannot access other content with HBO Max. You used to get everything on Discovery+

@Bland7696 discovery+ chose to include their other content for free with Sport subscriptions.  HBO Max aren't doing the same.

Since the switch from Discovery+ to HBO Max, I have been able to stream using the HBO Max app.

However, this stopped abruptly at the weekend and I have an email from HBO Max which seems to suggest that my 'temporary' ability to stream has ended and that I don't have a subscription to this now. It appears to be inviting me to pay more for an additional subscription.

Firstly, is this right?

Secondly, if I cannot stream TNT Sports 'on the go' any longer, is this a significant change to the service being offered/provided and can I cancel my EETV package with EE as a result?

We had exactly the same issue as the above post please could you rectify this Thanks

I've already replied to the email you sent me @rcords - you cancelled your sport subscription 2 years ago, but a system error meant that your discovery+ account wasn't stopped. Sport isn't part of your current package.
