I have just moved from BT to EE broadband and kept my sports channels. I set it up last night but still no access. How long does it take and/or should I speak to EE to get it set up as when I try to access it they provide a code for setting up but thought this would happen automatically. Thanks

@Lin57 What you had is now irrelevant as that was with BT. You’ve moved over to EE so it needs to be re-set back up. If you can not gain access you’ll have to call EE customer support

When you say you set it up, what do you mean? Our systems show that you haven't activated it yet. You should have received an email inviting you to activate discovery+. When it takes you to the discovery+ site, you need to use the "Sign in" button in the top right corner to pair the subscription with your existing discovery+ account.
